About Us
Jenn, Carey and Heather are SO LUCKY to be friends, have happy healthy families, and to begin this journey growing SO LUCKY together. As the saying goes, “chance made us neighbors, luck made us friends.”
Carey is SO LUCKY to have three active teenagers. In 2010, Carey and her two daughters were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Since then, she has been committed to finding a way to keep the men in the house well-fed while providing the gluten free meals the girls need.
Jenn is SO LUCKY to be a newlywed, and married to the man of her dreams. She loves to bake and entertain, so with Carey’s family next door, Jenn is learning to make gluten free food that anyone (even a manly man, like her man) would love.
Heather is SO LUCKY to be the mother to two young precious girls and has always been interested in health , fitness and baking. When Carey was diagnosed as a Celiac (being so close they are practically related) she began to learn about the gluten free lifestyle more than she probably wanted to! She is committed to raising her girls to eat healthy food that still tastes great.
Together we make up the inner circle- a group of fun women, who LOVE friends, good food, fitness and a healthy lifestyle!
