Sunday: Pork Tenderloin (with a jam glaze – I’ll use Emily G’s Cranberry Port – coming soon to our gift boxes!), serving with mashed potatoes and green beans (steamed with salt, pepper and a dash of champagne vinegar.)

Tuesday: Baked Eggs and Chorizo from savorysimple.com . Just check to ensure your chorizo is gluten free.
Wednesday: Low Fat Creamy Mushroom Soup from skinnytaste.com . I’m going to make this dairy free by using Earth Balance instead of the butter, and of course I’ll use gluten free flour. We’ll have turkey sandwiches (on Udi’s bread!) on the side.
Saturday: Slow Cooker Coffee-Braised Brisket With Potatoes and Carrots from realsimple.com . This recipe is naturally gluten free.
