Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan – Week of January 20th



Well, lots of things going on, and with the holidays we got out of our meal planning mode -  we’re back!

 

Here’s some of my easy favorites to get you thru a cold week of January!

 

Sunday – Salmon with Escarole and Lemon from marthastewart.com ; this recipe is naturally gluten free.

 

Monday -  Flank Steak Tacos from marthastewart.com ;  this recipe is naturally gluten free.

 

Tuesday- Tarragon Chicken Breast Salad from marthastewart.com ; this recipe is naturally gluten free.  use my Perfect Poached Chicken recipe to poach the chicken!

Wednesday-Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce from realsimple.com ;

 

Thursday-  Hamburgers with Oven Chips from realsimple.com; use Udi’s Hamburger buns

 

Friday-  Three Pepper Butternut Squash Soup from our own recipe collection.  This recipe is gluten free and dairy free.

 

Saturday- Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps from our own recipe collection.  We’ll serve with a side salad.
