Wednesday - Grilled Steaks with Arugula, Peach and Cheddar Salad from realsimple.com. I was delighted to find out at the Gluten Free Expo that Cabot brand Extra Sharp Aged Cheddar is lactose free. This will be my first recipe using it since I’ve been diagnosed as lactose intolerant. I am looking forward to cheese
