May 13th- Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan

Sunday:  Mother’s Day! We’re going to grill! Hawaiian Barbeque Bacon Burgers from  - can you say “yum!”? We’ll have a BIG salad on the side – since I’ll still be on the raw/soft foods diet on Sunday. 

Monday:  Golden Baked Pork Chopsfrom with a side salad. We’ll use Udi’s brand Gluten Free bread and Pacific brand cream of mushroom soup to make this recipe gluten free.

Tuesday: Shrimp with Spicy Garlic Chili Sauce from  Just ensure you use gluten free soy sauce, the rest is naturally gluten free.

 Wednesday: Mexican Slow Cooked Pork Carnitas from Pile on lots of fresh veggies (try thinly sliced radishes – which are in season now!)

Thursday: Cheesy Jalapeno Popper Baked Stuffed Chicken from Serve with her Fiesta Lime Rice.  Check your bacon for gluten and use gluten free breadcrumbs – we love Schar brand!

Friday: Crock Pot Barbecued Ribs from with Mashed Potatoes on the side and some steamed broccoli. Check your barbecue sauce for hidden gluten; it many contain it, especially those with soy sauce as an ingredient. We’ll use Wy’s Wysdom brand BBQ sauce.

Saturday:  Mango Habanero Glazed Roasted Salmon from We’ll have some grilled asparagus on the side.
